Luca Stuca: If I copy trade someone and I want to close a position on a Stock (that was bought automatically because of copy-trade) and there are multiple BUY dates on that stock.... it was bought on 14 different days. When I close each position of that stock, 1 by 1 all 14 positions, how much do they charge me in commission? and most importantly does that money get reinvested automatically with the same person that I'm copying? or it goes into my available balance? (which I can use to copy anybody else....)

The Life: When on a pending close, do stocks that have an open market continue to trade (gain or lose money) while waiting on another exchange to close? So if a copy trader has 5 stocks For eg Example 1 (stock market open) Example 2 (stock market open) Example 3 (stock market open) Example 4 (stock market open Example 5 (stock market closed) Could you still lose money or gain money On 1-4 while waiting for 5 to close? I just closed my trade with jaynemesis cause I didn't invest 500 USD and he said its the mimimum amount that we should invest otherwise it will cause some problems. He even responded me after like a minute of my comment and told me that once the market opens it will close :) I will invest on him again once I have more money. Question: If I stop copying someone who had invested in a stock using CFD, and it says "Pending Close", will it execute the Stop Copying order the same way as a direct stock purchase not using CFD? Meaning, does the process of Stop Copying a trader get delayed if they had used CFD?

Stephen Croll: I,m still with ETORO...but still waiting 1 week plus for a reply to an email to simply change my registered tel no from landline to mobile...only so I can put 2 factor security in place...but I,ll carry on waiting....The other trader I use is IQOPTION..love the platform/livegraphs...not too sure on the trust side yet (Russian site) , time will tell...however a tad expensive to trade as you pay spread (Highish)....plus a 10% commission on all crypto trades....but you can deposit/invest as little as £10...I have actually withdrawn several times from them , several hundred ££.no problem....and they pay the same way as ETORO..several smaller payments mirroring your deposits......BUT....their customer service is gr8 in comparison to ETORO...live chat on their trading page and they are there in 10 secs. every time...helpful & friendly !...Plus they have Omisego too...OMG.

Stephen Croll: I think it,s worth adding that when you withdraw from ETORO..your refunds do come in several smaller amounts mirroring the way you deposited...amounts and method of deposits...i.e.  Debit card & Paypal..which all add up to the whole..buy may take 3/4 days to process...This freaked me out the last week when I withdrew £900 app....and saw... $180...arrive in Paypal...thinking OMG...wheres the rest....A day later there it was direct into my Bank account...all the rest but in 4 or 5 smaller payments...so all is good for the meanwhile...see attached...IQ Option operate the same way..........................://pbs.twimg.com/media/DSOkx03WsAIBlvL.jpg:large..............................://pbs.twimg.com/media/DSOk5osXUAET6e2.jpg:large

cooperbrosracing: I have nothing but good things to say about etoro, I joined 1 month or so ago, put in 10k, got my profile up to 17k in about 3 weeks, couldn't believe it ! having read the withdrawal reports online I was rather worried ! so I closed my positions and attempted to take money out, expecting a nightmare! I'm happy to report last Thursday I put in the request to withdraw and all funds paid today into my account , so happy !!!! so I've re-invested today a smaller amount on the invest in copyfunds section, I actually feel this is a real good product from etoro :) and thank you sir, as you are part of the reason I initially invested in etoro...I owe you a pint :) keep up the great videos

Roby Perissin: Hi Thomas, although you had mentioned on a previous video what you explained today (I did watch them carefully... ;-)....) even this last video was useful. I take advantage of your patience to ask you a couple of questions on the traders we copy. You mentioned on this video that the first screen you get when you click on a trader you are copying is what they are doing now (i.e. buying BTC, etc.. or even selling OIL or whatever, etc.) and the absolute amount that YOU are investing on each item ?...Does that mean that the total at the bottom of the page should correspond, roughly, to the amount you have put into the copy (i.e. 500 USD) ? Are these lines, items you see the latest actions, buy, sell etc. ? But then what is the "portfolio" page that you get on each trader ? Since it doesn' t show absolute amount but the "invested" column I reckon that it is the % of what you have invested with your copied amount that is on each item ? (i.e. 500 USD copied, 10% of BCH = 50 USD on BCH that you are investing ? In other words can you let me/us know in brief these 2 screens logic and use ?... thanks again and again... Stephen Croll: The most basic and certainly most important feature of any online Co. dealing with your cash is Customer service. Even if it is only basic. Imagine one day you decide to call/ chat online, due to a problem, with Natwest or Barclays and you couldn,t. Or they didn,t answer your emails. You,d be needing new underpants every day. It really shatters the publics confidence. Add the fact of really basic misfunctions with essential ( cancel order) tools. You get to the point where you are relieved , slightly surprised that when you get up in the morning, the site is even there online at all. Not a healthy way to live........Anyway have a GR8 xmas day Tom !

Paul Owen Paul Owen the way it works with them is that you open and close positions (trades). so I purchased $400 of ripple at a low rate, once the position had risen to $500 I clicked on close trade as I have done many times before. this usually closes instantly and all the funds show in your available funds. this time it said closing pending and froze the position. it has just stopped pending and closed at the rate it is at now costing me a big loss. there is practicly no customer support in there, and all my questions and emails over the last month have gone unanswered >>>>>>>>> ...................................Steve Croll ...How long did it take from Pending to Closing, minutes or hours......... last 48 hrs ....had the same problem..closing showed pending and stayed that way...however if you click on the pending and then cancel it (it does cancel) ..then click close again..the second time it seems to work (close, that is)....I have done it this way three times now...but maybe this will stop working too (probably)....Whatever this is not good (glitch or not)..It should not be mis-functioning this way. Close should be CLOSE !...not having to work it out for yourself. ....And yes..you are dead right...No customer support at all !..NADA ! ..For this reason , I have totally lost any confidence in ETORO and withdrew all my funds ..24/11/17 @ 14.00 hrs. Even withdrawing took three or four attempts..showing..- Error, We cannot process your withdrawal-....All of these these misfunctions and at the very least there should be live chat support. But there is not. On 6 December I deposited 1000 euros, but my credit card was charged twice, so 2000 euros have been withdrawn from my bank account. I have stated a complaint with my creditcard company, which is very time-consuming. Their customer service is very bad. Non existent really.
